These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the sale of transport tickets made on the website https://andemu.com, operated by the company TRANSPORT PHOENIX, with its registered office located in Ajaccio, registered in the Ajaccio RCS under the number 83276952500037.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of regular or privatized shuttle tickets via the andemu.com website.
2. Acceptance of conditions
By validating the order, the customer acknowledges having read these GTCS and accepts them without reservation.
3. Products offered
The products offered are transport tickets valid for a single or return trip according to the conditions mentioned in the product description. The customer must check the timetables and validity conditions before any purchase.
4. Orders
Orders are placed directly on the andemu.com website. The customer can create an account to track orders and receive the ticket by email in PDF format.
5. Price
Prices shown are in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely online via the Stripe platform. The order is considered effective after payment validation.
7. Delivery
Tickets are automatically sent by email to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. The customer can also find them in their personal account space.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services on a specific date or period. No refund will therefore be made except in exceptional cases (see point 9).
9. Cancellation or modification
In the event of cancellation or service modification by the operator, the customer will be informed by email. A postponement or refund may be offered at the operator's discretion. No refund is provided in case of delay or absence of the customer.
10. Liability
The company TRANSPORT PHOENIX cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use of the site or the purchase of a ticket. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for order management. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the andemu.com site are the exclusive property of TRANSPORT PHOENIX. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorization.
13. Applicable law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Ajaccio.
